The Robin Hood Party has lost its way

Robin hood types can model acceptable forms of justice when governments don't work .They are wrong at other times .
The net effect of the left adopting the methodology for all time  leads them to lead a group of thieves envy prone projectionists ,and reactionaries who by definition don't focus on being productive themselves .
Take thievery and dealing with it 
 Working with delinquent youth for decades i noticed that the percentage of people who attacked others property WITHOUT thinking of the owners wealth was miniscule . "Thankfully" they mostly had "some "sense of the moral .
Symbolically my trailer was stolen in Toorak because the thieves thought " he could afford to replace it " They weren't 'bad" they thought of themselves - they were playing Robin Hood, Doing the right thing - the labor thing???
If only the City ( as you rightly categorize it ) realized that it is wrong to categorize rural people as rich - it encourages such "theivery". Liberal NP voters are not all 'rich"
Our rural friends look after huge assets but we all know few of them get a decent payment for their efforts on behalf of us all Many of mine were up last night on obstetrics duty --.at less than $5 an hour.

Ignore the shepherds

Not only do people who graze grass not matter electorally , by bringing up the simple prejudice that "Australia should never have been cleared" .you will get people in the city to vote Labor .

Labor this week have pulled this trick. Hope it backfires .

Such deep hypocrisy in a week when dairy farmers are suffering  a 14 cents a litre price. No one other than Barnaby has the wisdom to suggest "somethings really wrong with the way we think about our environmental managers " ( my words) .

Maybe by ensuring that Farmers own coops were subject to less greed pressures and buyouts the world would actually be a better place . That would mean getting out of their chairs and differing with the monocultural view of how heaven comes - They all believe :::::: Not by diversity alone but by monoculture alone - market pressure alone ,
Sad day watching all the sycophants sitting around with nothing to say in pre election time. Well maybe they offer handouts ---but even the Americans are not going to keep putting up with  that crap



Sadly they don't know what they fear when they follow those who can't see the dynamics of rangelands .who can't see the wood for the trees.  That only ants and higher Carbon dioxide will benefit LONG TERM from their short term view.

Finally, by doing deals with the Liberal party, the Greens show what they really care about. The Greens are about keeping their power; Clearly, they will keep talking in the same old same old nigglingly ignorant way as if only they, the Greens, care about the environment.  

If these self-referencing non experts were serious about environment, they would have called for internships for graduates to study it properly.  Instead of breeding the competence they need to prevent another GreenLabor agreement fiasco,  they just keep running their own talk fests and esoteric demands.
 If the Greens were serious about the environment,  they would be seen to be practical ( they have done nothing to improve this) ; they would have called for less red tape and niggling nonsense by Councils by making sure they had the skills to make,  not avoid,  complex decisions .( huge growing problem)
 If they were serious, and even remotely practical, they would at least talk about gas and nuclear instead of, like Labor, spend all our money on a dumb false hope that more renewables will provide heat for our toasters in the morning. Bit like they all thought we would should one day expect to drink desalinated water
As their power is based on fear, there is no way they can afford to have a proper debate about all the very serious issues they worry themselves silly about.  

Labor is still too worried about the wrong things

The Fabians like to think they have weaned themselves off loopy half Green ideas,  but when it comes to the crunch,  they and their mates still  think negative -big time (reactionary thing?)  They are amongst the worry warriors.  There is jobs in the environment and thinking negatively about it  - As reactionaries , they struggle to be positive and productive.
They take on jobs that are just "takes" drains stuff -  in making  asbestos into new enemy NO1 they may create some cushy new industries but really , the only shame Andrew Leigh in the long term will be yours . Asbestos is , as Malcolm Turnbull says and good greens should know,  a natural product ,  a manageable  risk - not something to make more managers for dealing with it . What a joke - an authority based on no authority . How many unnecessary authorities do  they claim to have created - apart from the new  the ones dealing with our wayward children. No education revolution happening - infact our kids aren't growing up.
Don't do what Worrier warrior Bill ( Do the Math ) did last night on Q&A and talk for scientists when you aren't one . You can turn a serious issue into a farce surrounding YOU . So much for the clever country under Labor and our ABC ( who don't allow debates dominated by scientists -its not a joke!) - all we will get is digging holes and disposal instead of design with nature .

No one should act out of fear or ignorance but Shorten and his mates are doing plenty of that in Parliament today , Sure they  think  they have painted Mr Turnbull into a corner because he likes a glass but doesn't ignore the precious metal , The don't realise it of course , not being scientists ,  they of course are only showing us technoheads are that they are seriously out of their depth - scientist can accept a two horse race , even one allowing for the rank outsider .
Like the Fabians afore them,  if they think at all , they think simply ; its all about their deep faith in progress - they are progressives , the great God of progress and the new will always save them  .Its eoloving of course but that doesn't worry those in church . Glass today , what air tomorrow . Fickle thy name is Fabian.   They seem to ignore the Creator who believes in easy does it ,diversity and cooperation and change mediation , No good economy is a monotony of form and function- even one that's growing .

Extremely stupid statements

Prime Minister Gillard proclaims "extreme events" are going to keep happening when she visits victims of Tasmanian bushfires. Like pouring petrol on the injured.
Christine Milne defends the outrageous behaviour of anti- coal mining activist because its "non violent".
technicaly they may both be right but the statemenst are still stupid and ignorant .
Their  careless  words  are desperate ( Gillard  dare not use the more direct but now PC incorrect word "warming"} shallow and unthinking ( verbal violence can be  as serious  as physical violence in our law and culture ).

Add unstable and uncommittted to populist and unaccountable

Ludwig,  like the Greens,  is never sure of much . Joel Fitzgibbbons was right on target. about those whose policies stem from the Greens . This week Ludwig  changed his worry from Food security to Food policy . From glass nearly empty to glass still half empty . He thinks he needs a policy to guide him .He's joined the worriers and their campaigns of great worry.and needs help to make better decisions
Why the slight change of emphasis ? . Perahps he's realised we export more food than we grow and like the refugees issue he's been populist and shallow by following  the simple " population out of control" and we are running out of everything"  arguments.
Personally I don't think the policy document will help him make decisions. Wouldn't have stopped  him from making stupid decision like closing down the cattle trade .
 Like SHY's "experiment to solve" solutions policy  on Q&A this week - just more delaying tactics and decision avoidance therapy.

Labors loss in OLD is due to a con . Labor thinks it is doing well incorporating green thinking into its policies . The people can see these idealists are kidding themselves . (Professionals could see it years earlier.) Many people don't mind paying for the long term a bit, but they drew the line at a con . Greenlabor is not credible on conservation . Neither the old or the new reactionaries can identify the problems SO how in the world do they get away with giving money away in each Shire panel;  to solve problems no one on the production ecology site sees -
If you don't believe the ABC ( why would you) ask a high percentage of rural Australians.
Better still -- If your don't believe me,  ask a Green what Shires should spend our money on - that would make interesting television or radio ! When we see it , we will watch the ABC again .SBS are much less predictable and more interesting .
