The fearmongering is a giveaway.

Most of you know what I mean .
Most of you know why it's the adopted policy --- the left  aren't capable of arguing the policy
Many of you may not know why its always been this way - The group are reactionaries . They can see a problem ( to their credit ) but people with answers have nailed the hurdles - not avoided them like those who fail to educate themselves about how to actually  do risk management ,

You don't know why you shouldn't vote for them?.  When you don't study the problem or are driven by fear and ignorance  you are liable to waste our taxes on things that don't work .  Impressive but superficial https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eSNQdLNCXNUfDXZ2baygNyS3xolbnhxE-VHufcmZV6Y/edit?usp=sharing

Sanctimonious twaddle

A WWF expert was given prime time press on Seven TV last week to advocate for more big trees for Koalas after wildlife losses during the drought. Pity he had not done his homework .
Koala habitat in Australia has been decreasing simply because  young eucalyptus stands have become rare . The ignorant  adoption of the blinkered Greens policy of no harvesting and little regeneration,   as well as the retention of all things old  or nearly dying ( old growth forests policies extended to all trees ) is the basis. Instead of a big picture policy which recognises the need for regeneration Australians have suffered 2 decades of a blinkered policy of retaining trees at all costs .  Both parties have failed to reform the Native Vegetation retention provisions in planning schemes- pathetic nonsense .

As well of course ,there is a real market out there for soft toys and self righteous banter about what others are doing  wrong  Greenlabor  tap that sort of empty fluff well .

Time the government stopped green groups from posing as charities . Well put on @abclandline this week in relation to groups against modern agricultural  practice.   The country doesn't benefit from patronising simplicities and the koalas in particular will NOT benefit from same old same old WWF misplaced ads on their behalf . More money for misaligned mischief. The country does benefit from training its young people to advise competently on the complex matters of environmental management,so why is no party talking about supporting that .
Time the government took the lead in environmental planning by training more young people to overcome popular ignorance.
Koalas,  unlike the bleeding hearts brigade,  are not stupid , They don't want old trees ( and Greens old growth forest talk) as  the free plug on Seven News said ( yesterday) They prefer young leaves and the regeneration processes that the death denying left have instituted in their "retention at all cost " policies for nature.  Greenlabor , like their objects of worship,  should be placed in museums while we get on with living with nature . Give our farmers a break from their careless criticism  .

.This simple sanctimony is  what gives Green labor their  lovely soft edge;  They aren't known for knowing what they are doing but they come across as caring . But its more than that   The "confounded by their own limits" types are  just for stating in simplest of terms  what the doers of the world are doing wrong.  Greenlaborites are not only reactionaries , they simply refuse to think in the real world of tooth and claw, yin and yan and working with nature .  Armchair idealists .

When the opposition parties spend their time chasing Green labors  pedantic little arguments around,  they too can forget that the big picture is owned  by someone with their feet firmly on the groun

PICTURE The ultimate treehuggers , Without a real home yet and hoping like hell they can hang on I'm not talking koalas but those who feel more than they think about habitat and how to make it comfortable
In case you missed it prominent former Green used the word Sanctimonious about the group she decided to leave - good on her

Does Bill Shorten know what he is doing ?

He's always been confused over what a majority means in terms of mandate because he's really doing what the minor parties want,  He's leading us down the track of letting the novices run the country and he has the gall to call it his mandate .  he makes out he's a  strong leader when hes really a weak one ,
He's letting the children run riot .
The reason we tend to rightly trust the real majority is because they represent people with experience of life and life in families and real conflict communities; . Experience and widely based advice is the key ; but we are not getting that with greenlabor alliance
To trust the minority is to trust those who have never been in harness with real power before . Sure the Greens  can talk about real concerns real needs ,but list some that aren't novices for me will you ?

The yes vote on SSM would get an even higher vote if Bill had reassured voters.

Why didn't he say before the voting papers went out    "I will listen to the fears of those who don't want schools to reeducate our children and stop the SafeSchools Program  ..or at least revise it or get a committee to agree on 154 act changes"he wont because he can give no such guarantee. The language of parenthood will change because our leaders can't even act like real parents.

Its clear Bill nor the Labor party can act in the majorities interest , He acts as a puppet for the minors

Backing solutions that don't work- Evidence of deep seated weaknesses

Backing solutions that don't work means the party doesn't KNOW what works .

South Australia is about to find its faith in a NEW style of battery backup will be just another expensive fizzer.
How does it get to this ?
Disagree if you like , but I am only posting this to remind you,  many of us who know our stuff on environment and economics  predicted some of the previous failures. As one of a few well qualified water conservationists,  I  tried to stop  the Desal investment  ( see early new millennium)

Please take it from someone who has had to work with the Greens for decades at a political level, they do not do their homework, so why let them spend YOUR money!

Clearly Green Labor  makes these mistakes because it doesn't know their dreams are dead ends till out taxes hit the wall .------------ where are their real practical economists , scientists ?
Beware the common expectation of Progress; progress via new technology ---its sounds good and right but technology is only good if its appropriate  Neither Greens nor Labor  have the competence to know WHEN a  technology is appropriate , so their only option is to sound good and give in to popular predjudice ( "that innovators are sent from heaven") ,,Their only option is to take the only  positive edge even though the road is paved with ignorance of the threats to its success; short term gain long term pain.

The Green political movement is so heavenly minded that the case for any coalition with any other practical political movement is completely flawed .

Greens live, move  and attracts adherents simply because its philosophy is so simple >

Forget worrying about Trump - you can't trust government anymore

Epstein and the team of techno sycophants at 774 melbourne wouldn't realise their guest on solar batteries would , just like the lefties  , waste your money on the latest and greatest. Solar batteries won't work for most power uses around the average house  let alone industry ,The reactionaries  love technology not science,   and they don't even know it .The simple chatter  about " early adopters "is vivid symbolism of my former point .
BOTH major parties have cultivated PC environment doctrines on trees water and grand designs for so many decades that they have noone left to tell them when they are being led around by golden thread merchants .
The worst thing is the ABC thinks it is really into science as do the many welded on lefties who would seem to trust Greenlabor leaders whoever they are, Its a congregation where a practical person on the real world now feels uncomfortable  ; which makes government  and the ABC on a downhill slide to untrustworthiness .Not  it can't happen that - well lets just say really wasteful money thrown at the plate of high causes .

The home of reactionaries----- not the home of liberty

How do well intentioned governments get to be so tyrannical ? They get there partly if they have no place for grace in their approach to mercy.  When only control seems to work .When the much hailed false faith in education focus is shown to be not enough.
When the public need to be corralled. When you can no longer see the good in people . When you pretend the governor can change the world by rule alone.

"We should never have had a bill of human rights in Canada. That was an import of French Civil Law over top of English Common Law, and it was a mistake. In English Common Law, you have all the rights there are except those that are expressly forbidden by law. In the French system, you enumerate people's rights – that makes it look like rights are granted to you by the government, and that's not true." --Jordan Peterson
